IV. HOUSING
1. International Houses and Dormitories
The International House is provided on both Fuchu and Koganei campuses. Also, we have room allotments in International Student House of Hitotsubashi University on Kodaira campus. In addition, a new Hinoki Dormitory (for both men and women) and two dormitories for Japanese students are partly open to international students. Please contact the international student section of the relevant faculty for details.

• Application period：Anytime for single rooms. Announcement is made based on vacancy for couple and family rooms.

• Application period：for general students Dec to Jan, and Feb to March. For all students July to Aug.
• All new residents are required to join Fire Insurance at TUAT COOP upon move-in.

3. Garbage Disposal
a. Garbage collection schedule and classification：the collection schedule and classification rules are fixed for each types of garbage and residential areas. Please follow the rules of your residential area to place garbage at designated area in the morning of designated days.
Unclassified garbage or incorrectly placed garbage (wrong place, wrong time/date) will not be collected. For details of garbage disposal, please check the city office web site below.
